From the ground-breaking in 1920 to a recent multimillion-dollar renovation, this Chicago landmark has evolved into a state-of-the-art business environment commanding the gateway between Michigan Avenue, the Loop, and River North.

As part of its renovation, RestoreWorks was entrusted to restoratively clean the signature white terra cotta exterior. Special thanks to Bulley & Andrews Masonry Restoration for the opportunity to work on this architectural gem.
