RestoreWorks assisted with multiple aspects of restoring the building envelope.
Located in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago at 1040 W. Harrison Street, the Education, Theatre, Music and Social Work Building opened in 1971 and is a 5-story, three-building complex connected at basement level.
The basement area houses the mechanical equipment rooms, music rehearsal rooms, television studios and a small theatre area.
The building also contains classrooms and offices as well as music and theatre production rooms.
Special thanks to Chicago Commercial Construction (CCC) for the opportunity, partnership and trust in RestoreWorks to perform quality restoration services.
