  • What areas do you serve?

    Generally Chicagoland, but if the project is a good fit, we can travel nationally.

  • Is RestoreWorks a union-affiliated company?

    Yes – we’re affiliated with Local 4 Bricklayers in Indiana, Local 21 Bricklayers in Illinois, and Local 52 Pointers, Cleaners and Caulkers in Illinois.

  • What certifications does RestoreWorks hold?

    RestoreWorks employees hold a variety of certifications, including OSHA 10 hour and 30 Hour 1926 Construction/Construction Safety,  Chicago Safety Refresher, Chicago Boom and Scissor Lift Certification, Conproco Certification (Patch Repair), Jahn Certification (Patch Repair), the Historic Masonry Preservation Certificate, Lime Putty Mortar Certification (via US Heritage Group), and Repelling Certification (via Elevated Safety).



  • Do you work on residential properties?

    We work on luxury and historic homes, and we also work on multi-family residential buildings such as apartments and condos.

  • Can you assist with project planning and budgeting?

    Yes, we are happy to provide input for project planning and budgeting or offer names of associates if structural engineering or architecture is needed.

  • Do you provide warranties or guarantees for your work?

    We provide a one-year workmanship warranty and could go up to 2 years if desired. We also work with manufacturers who provide warranties for as much as 10 years on product warranties.

    We work on a variety of building types, such as schools/universities, offices, religious institutions, government buildings, apartments/condos, hospitals and healthcare facilities and more.

  • What is your typical project timeline?

    The timeline for projects have ranged from one day to three years. It all depends on the project size and scope of work.

  • Do you offer free consultations or site assessments?

    Yes – we are happy to provide a free site consultation of your commercial property. We also offer mock-ups so you can see a sample of our work before committing to the full-scale project.


  • Do you handle all aspects of the masonry repair project?

    Yes – we provide turnkey operation including planning, supervision, and job performance.
